Restoration construction is half adjuster negotiation, half craft. We document scope thoroughly, work with your insurer's pricing system (Xactimate), and rebuild so the loss is invisible. The goal is restoration to pre-loss condition or better — not a patch.
Most PNW restoration work is water damage (frozen pipes, supply line failures, roof leaks) and storm damage (wind, falling trees, flooding). Fire restoration is less common but more involved — full structural and smoke remediation.

Restoration questions
FAQQ.01
Do you work directly with my insurance?
Yes — we coordinate with adjusters, bid to Xactimate, and document scope at every stage. Most clients only need to file the claim and approve the scope.Q.02
How fast is your emergency response?
4-hour response for mitigation (water extraction, board-up, structural drying). Restoration construction begins after mitigation and adjuster scope alignment.Q.03
Will my house look the same after restoration?
Yes — that's the standard for restoration. Pre-loss condition or better. We match finishes, profiles, and craftsmanship invisibly.Q.04
Can I upgrade during restoration?
Often, yes — many clients use restoration as an opportunity to upgrade kitchen, bath, or finishes beyond what insurance covers. Owner pays the upgrade delta.
